Our Story
Hudson Dwellings Realty owner Stefan Bolz has been practicing real estate since 1998, navigating and thriving through a wide range of market conditions. He began his career at a small boutique firm in High Falls before joining Westwood Metes & Bounds in Stone Ridge in 2005. When Westwood Metes & Bounds was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, Stefan remained with the company until 2022, when he purchased Hello Dolly Real Estate, a small but well-known brokerage in Highland, NY, founded by Dolly Decker.
For more than 40 years, Dolly served the Hudson Valley with integrity and a strong commitment to her clients, building a reputation rooted in trust, care and advocacy. In 2025, Hello Dolly Real Estate became Hudson Dwellings Realty, reflecting a renewed vision while honoring the company’s local roots and legacy.
Today, Hudson Dwellings Realty has an experienced team of agents serving buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout the Hudson Valley with local expertise, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence.
